  If there was an option for 0 Stars, I would have hit zero instead of one. I always give this Dunkin Donuts the benefit of the doubt, but every single time I go in there, which hasn't been many, I am waiting in line for so long. Even the drive-thru. Many times I wanted to just reverse out of the drive-thru but there were cars behind me. I used to work at Dunkin Donuts for 7 years so I know that the timing is supposed to be under two minutes and every time I look at their timer at 7 minutes or above and its at 60%. It's off so. I went in there today just now, and the lady behind me ask if the person could fix your Coolatta and the person working look straight at her and said no. I know for a fact Kama a fact, that they could have done what she requested. It would just being lazy and slow exclamation point
