  This place is mediocre at best. The store is relatively clean and has the usual Starbucks atmosphere, but most of the employees seem like they have no interest in serving you. They are incredibly slow and disorganized. I went in during a mildly busy time when there were only a few customers. They didn't take my name to ensure I was getting my drink. There was only 1 employee making drinks out of at least 5 present and they were taking forever. Certainly not up to par with a normal Starbucks experience.
  
  Edit: I've come back a few times since my bad experience. Seems like most of the crews that work here know they're working at a coffee shop and know their job. There's one shift of complete dunces that are useless. One star added

  I am a big fan of Starbucks. I have been to many of them around the world. The staff here is friendly and the location is excellent. However, they are chronically understaffed and usually have only one person at the register. This causes excessive lines during peak times. A little more staffing and organization during the morning rush hour would make a big difference.
